The foundation of meaning lies in dialogue; one must delve into the text of everything and unravel it. The idea for organizing this duet exhibition began when I encountered the works of two artists, artists who, in two corners of this city, had created works without any knowledge of each other, which sat in a silent conversation within the text of a shared world. I, as the third side of this conversation, in the face of the works of these artists, tried to explore the ’empty spaces,’ the ‘untouched,’ the ‘silences,’ and the ‘murmurs’ of the world of their works. In confronting these works, I attempted to create a third meaning, a sense of re-opening towards meaning, or ‘seeing differently’ within the text of the world of their works, which signifies the manifestation of the essence of the present era, thereby bringing forth other aspects of truth within these works.
